Long Island IVF - Dedication During Winter Storm Nemo
02/27/2013Winter Storm Nemo brought close to 3 feet of snow to Long Island this February, rendering it impossible for people to go anywhere for up to several days. Long Island IVF's dedicated staff made it into the office in spite of difficult road conditions to administer treatment to one of their patients who may have had an otherwise unsuccessful outcome. Doctors and nurses at LIIVF speak about why it was so important to be there that day and testify to the commitment of the entire staff.

Dr. Brenner talks about how patients who come in experience a great anxiety about building a family. He discusses the importance of understanding the patient's background in order to specialize their treatment towards the specific patient.

He headed the IVF program at Edward Hospital for six years before joining Long Island IVF. Dr. Zinger talks about how having the latest technology in the embryology laboratory make all the difference in IVF. It allows them to provide a stable nurturing environment for the embryos so that they can grow and flourish.

03/11/2013Dr. Kathleen Droesch has been with Long Island IVF since 1994, after meeting Dr. Kreiner at the Jones Institute, where they were both fellows. One of Dr. Droesch's focuses is on premature ovarian failure and talks about how they need extensive care in order to achieve pregnancy. She keeps a family picture of one of her patients on her desk. This particular patient has achieved pregnancy three times because of Dr. Droesch and still keeps in close contact with them!
