Insurance Participation

At Long Island IVF, we participate with many different insurance companies and try to help you take advantage of any and all coverage you may have. While coverage can vary widely from state to state and from policy to policy, we encourage you to work closely with your particular insurance carrier and examine all angles of your plan. We can also help determine precisely what your plan covers and what you can expect to spend as a result. While this list of insurance carriers changes from time to time, below is a list of the insurance programs with which we participate. If you do not see your health plan listed below, please call our financial counselors so we can better assist you.

Long Island IVF has also been selected by the New York State Department of Health to be a provider in their Infertility Demonstration Program. This program provides financial support to insured patients without coverage for In Vitro Fertilization (IVF). To learn more about this program, please click here.
